- Supabase / Upstash Redis – Application hosting and caching
All third-party providers used by PartnerPro maintain GDPR-equivalent safeguards and data-processing agreements.

We retain client and user data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above, or as required by law.
Typical retention periods:
- Account and billing data: 6 years
- User and client data: Until the client account is closed or after 12 months of inactivity
- Support logs: 24 months
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 8).
7. Data Sharing and Legal Disclosure
We only share data with:
- Third-party sub-processors listed above, for service delivery
- Legal authorities, only when required by law, court order, or valid legal process
If we receive a lawful request (e.g., injunction, court order, or warrant), we will comply strictly within its scope. Where permitted, we will notify the affected client before disclosure.
